Ben just wrote his name for the first time, July 10, 2001.
These are pictures of Ben. He's an adorable 3-year old boy who loves Brio trains, trucks, painting, road signs and the alphabet. His favorite letter is "S" and his favorite shape is "ocadon" (otherwise known as octagon). His current favorite books are "The Very Hungry Catepillar", "Fire Engines", and "Elmo's ABC Book". He doesn't watch much t.v. but when he does, he likes Blue's Clues and Bob the Builder. Ben has a communication disorder, which is a mild form of autism. He has some communication delays and lacks some social skills.
Ben was a cowboy for Halloween (Oct 2000). 
Even cowboys need their blankies!
Ben and Memaw sing "Row, Row, Row Your Boat". Ben loves this picture; the first
time he saw it, he said, "Memaw! Memaw!"
